Terms and Conditions for Participation
Basic Art Workshop with Kolor Banwa
Date: May 5, 2025
Venue: Lola Liling’s, Ambao, Hinundayan, Southern Leyte

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 6 – 15 years old.

• Slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation of registration and payment.

2. Registration and Confirmation

• Registration must be completed through the official sign-up form or authorized representative.

• Confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.

• Walk-ins will not be guaranteed participation.

3. Workshop Inclusions

• Participation includes hands-on learning in the following mediums: pencil, watercolor, and oil pastel.

• Topics include basic elements of art and color theory.

• Basic materials will be provided unless otherwise stated in pre-event instructions.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards fellow attendees, artists, and organizers.

• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

5. Media and Documentation

• The event will be documented via photos and videos. By participating, you grant permission to Kolor Banwa and Lola Liling’s to use these materials for promotional purposes.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made up to 5 days before the event may be eligible for a refund (if a fee is collected).

• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 5 days of the workshop date.

• The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and any paid registration may be refunded or honored on the new date.

7. Liability

• Organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings throughout the duration of the workshop.
